Description
Experience a vibrant blend of sweet strawberries, exotic acai, and creamy coconut milk. This refreshing drink is effortless to make! Full instructions and nutrition details included.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 (100g) unsweetened acai puree packet
- 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cold water (or more coconut milk for richer taste)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Step 1: Gather all ingredients. If your acai puree packet is frozen solid, gently break it into smaller pieces to facilitate blending.
- Step 2: Add the frozen strawberries, broken acai puree packet, full-fat coconut milk, cold water, maple syrup, and ice cubes into a high-speed blender.
- Step 3: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula if needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Step 4: Taste the drink for sweetness and consistency. If you prefer it sweeter, add more maple syrup and blend again briefly. If it's too thick, add another tablespoon or two of cold water or coconut milk and blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Step 5: Pour the Strawberry Acai Coconut Milk Drink into a glass. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture, optionally garnished with fresh berries or shredded coconut.
Notes
- Enjoy this vibrant drink fresh for its ultimate texture and flavor; if you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours and re-blend briefly to restore its creamy smoothness.
- Since this is a wonderfully refreshing cold drink, reheating is definitely not recommended; if it's been in the fridge, a quick stir and perhaps a fresh ice cube will bring it back to perfect sipping temperature.
- Elevate your experience by serving this beautiful drink in a chilled glass, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes, fresh berry halves, or a bright sprig of mint.
- For an even richer, more luscious texture and a deeper tropical coconut flavor, try swapping out all the cold water for an equivalent amount of extra full-fat canned coconut milk.
